WHAT IS THE BEST TIME TO BOOK THE SESSION FOR?
At weddings, the ideal moment to begin is right after the final speech and as the dance floor is about to open. If that isn’t feasible, starting during cocktail hour is also a viable option after the ceremony.
WHAT MAKES A PORTRAIT STATION DIFFERENT FROM A PHOTO BOOTH?
Our principal and signature offering is a Portrait Station operated by a professional photographer. Although it shares certain features with a conventional photo booth, it is distinguished by a key difference. We provide a fully equipped, professional photo studio at your event, delivering real-time retouching and on-site printing. On-site will be professional lighting, our distinctive white and black backdrops, a professional portrait photographer, and a highly efficient re-toucher to conduct this personalized, private photo session. The resulting images will be of a quality comparable to wedding photography.
DO I HAVE TO PICK A BLACK OR WHITE BACKDROP OR CAN I HAVE BOTH?
When booking you can advise what backdrop you’d like for your event. If you’d like both we will swap over half way through the session.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO SET UP AND DISMANTLE?
We regard one hour as the appropriate amount of time to set up and prepare our studio at your venue. The dismantling of all equipment and our departure from the premises typically requires approximately 30 minutes.
HOW MANY PRINTS DO WE GET?
Due to time, we can only print one set and we’ll prioritize it for your guests during the service. We do provide a keepsake for yourself, which is a 10-by-10-inch heirloom guestbook that includes all the portraits and the handwritten messages from your guests beautifully and timelessly presented.
HOW DOES THE PAYMENT STRUCTURE WORK?
A non-refundable retainer of £499 is due when booking and reserving your date. The balance is due 30 days before the event.
