To ensure a successful Portrait Session, we require a clutter-free space (for instance, furniture, plants, etc. should be relocated) against a solid wall measuring at least 3.5×3.5meters (Width x Height) with no obstructions overhead (such as a chandelier). The photographer will be positioned 2 meters’ away from the setup, and it is essential that the surrounding area for the Points of Work remains relatively open and clear to facilitate traffic flow and ensure safety.
In summary, we have a footprint of 3.5mx3.5m with a vertical clearance of 2.5m Please confirm that this area has access to a power outlet. Given that our setup is sensitive to environmental factors (such as rain, wind, sunlight, etc.), we require outdoor setups to be completely covered, and we will evaluate them on a case-by-case basis.
